Character for Work or School
Character: Your character follow you everywhere you go. Who you are and what you are all about shows. If you are nasty and have a nasty attitude, don't have any respect for self or anyone else it shows. But you are good person and respectable, and have a nice attitude all that will follow you. So carry your self with respect and dignity at all times.

If you don't good character then you can expect everyone around you to separate themselves from you. I agree with you that having good character will take you a long way.
