Leadership: In leadership you have to be the head what or what ever you say goes, if I put you in charge what you say goes if they don't do what I put you in charge of you do what you have to do then I step in and determinate them. Cooperation: In time you have to listen and then their are time you have to be listen to.
i believe that is why some people do not want to become leaders because you will have someone who does not want to listen or obey. Having leadership is a good quality to have though.
